No Refund Policy
- No Refund After Delivery: Once an order is delivered successfully, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Applicable to All Payment Methods: This policy applies to both prepaid (UPI, card, wallet, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- No Return & No Exchange: We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed.
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch (at our sole discretion), refund may be processed.
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours with proper unboxing video proof.
- After verification, only replacement may be provided. Refund will not be issued.
Order Not Delivered
- If an order is lost in transit before delivery, we may reship the product. Refund will not be provided.
