At ShaahiPerfume.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order depending on your payment method and order status.

Cancellation for Online Payment Orders

• 6-Hour Window: Orders paid online can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• No Cancellation After 6 Hours: Once 6 hours have passed, the order cannot be cancelled because it enters automatic processing and packaging.
• Refund for Cancelled Orders: If cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Before Shipping: COD orders can be cancelled anytime before the order is shipped.
• After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, COD cancellations are not allowed.
• Non-Acceptance: Refusing delivery at the doorstep may affect your future COD eligibility.

Exceptions

• Shipped Orders: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
